Return & Exchange Policy We all know that things happen! Chocolate is a perishable and a lot can happen between us sending your order out and you receiving it. Please give us a call if you have any questions. Return Policy for Cancelled Orders An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. It you decide to cancel your order after shipment, then our standard return policy applies. Return Policy for Perishable Products If your are not satisfied with your purchase, give us a call within 10 days and we will happily replace your order free of charge. Please note that we cannot be responsible for delivery address errors that cause delayed arrival/spoilage or incorrect handling/storage of the product after delivery.
